Community Center Information
The Garden View Estates Community Center is located at 110 Patton Drive. The Social Committee is responsible for the maintenance and decorating of the building as well as the booking of reservations for events. Only residents of Garden View Estates can reserve the building for social functions.

Resale Certificate: According to the Uniform Planned Community Act, all property owners are required to provide a resale certificate when they sell their unit or lot. The certificate includes such information about the association as a current budget, expected special assessments, ongoing litigation and the amount of reserves available for repairs. Property owners, wishing to sell their unit or land, must request a resale certificate from the association and the association must supply the certificate within a specified time frame.
